If for some reason you find yourself challenged for credentials when trying to log into Dell OpenManage Server Administrator, simply check the name of the server to verify if it has any non alphanumeric characters in it. If it does you may not be able to gain access regardless of the credentials you use, instead in the address bar change the server dns name to the IP.
